Article 7 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 n. 196 (Right to Access Personal Data and Other Rights)

c) certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.

Life coaching are under an obligation not to use or share information you’ve discussed and under their general ethical obligations to maintain confidentiality.
However if, in some circumstances, this information is necessary to prevent or lessen a serious threat to public safety or to the life or health of any individual, the life coaching may be permitted to give this information to someone who can act to lessen this threat.
Life coaching can also share information confidentially with their professional supervisors. We take care to protect clients’ identities when information from a sessions is used for training, research or audit purposes.
