Anxiety, Panic & Trauma

Anxiety is a common part of life, often linked to fear of the future. This fear stems from past experiences and can range from mild unease to severe panic attacks, characterized by sudden, intense fear, physical symptoms like palpitations and nausea, and a desire to avoid triggers. When anxiety or panic attacks start affecting daily life, seeking help is essential. Hypnotherapy offers effective techniques, such as hypnoanalysis, to address the root causes rather than just managing symptoms. Understanding that panic attacks can't harm you and breaking the fear cycle is key to gaining control. Don't hesitate to reach out for support. Even long-standing issues can be resolved, leading to a better quality of life.

Phobias are intense fears of relatively harmless objects or situations that can disrupt daily life. "Imagine if the fly had a spider phobia when the spider said, 'Come into my parlour.' It might experience symptoms like shortness of breath, sweating, chest pain, and fear of losing control. I'll help you unlearn your phobia by rewiring your response. Most clients aim to feel completely unaffected. I'm a 'hands-on' therapist, working outside the therapy room for graded exposure. Your mind created this phobia, and it can also cure it, with my assistance.”
